NHS England missing a document[edit]
The Foundation Trust Authorisation document, which I anticipate evidences the name change from 'East Somerset National Health Service Trust' to 'Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust' on 1 April 2013, is missing from the NHS England website at https://www.england.nhs.uk/publication/yeovil-district-hospital-nhs-foundation-trust/
At the time of writing, I'm working on the strong presumption that 'East Somerset National Health Service Trust' was authorised as a trust and changed its name to 'Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust' on 1 April 2013, based on the pattern I've seen for some other Foundation Authorisations. --Tagishsimon (talk) 22:23, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
