The claim he (certainly) was born in Krzyki (a polish quarter of Wrocław founded in 1952, whereas he died in 1275) is most probably not true. The source of the claim is "imported from german wikipedia", but there one reads only he was born "wahrscheinlich in Schlesien", "probably or maybe somewhere in Silesia", which is the contrary of a confirmation. And the german wikipedia stresses: "Seine weiteren Lebensdaten sind unbekannt", "further informations about his life are unknown". So at least according to "informations imported from german wikipedia" the information is "place of birth is unknown". So, naming a place of birth would at least need better references! And for p27, his citizenship, the second reference https://libris.kb.se states he was born in Portugal!! This is a joke and most certainly a fault. The first claim he was born in "Czech Silesia", a "historical land in the Czech Republic" (founded in 1993), is yet closer, but also not quite right... the region was part of the crown of Bohemia (Q686971) from 1335 on, but that's also too late. The Esperanto and german pages state the duchy of Silesia (1138 – 1249, Q568638) - this is the right time.
