Moving interlinks to appropriate items[edit]

Tagging last active contributors to this item @Kirilloparma @Supercriser @Xezbeth @Raphael1256 @Franrasyan~trwiki @Huy91 I've moved most of the Wikipedia interlinks from this item (One Piece = franchise) to either Q710324 (One Piece = anime) or Q28667972 (One Piece = manga). The reason being that the Wikidata item properties can affect the display of infoboxes and other functionalities on Wikipedia, depending on the language. This also affects the results of queries on Wikidata (for example if you try to get a list of manga series that have a Wikipedia article in a certain language, it will not appear on the list if the article is linked to the franchise object instead). And overall, it's just bad data modelling to link a manga series to an item whose P31 value is "franchise". Also, theoretically any Wikipedia may choose to create articles for all three (the manga, anime and franchise), therefore it's best to keep them separate. For articles that listed One Piece as both a manga and an anime series in their introduction, or when I wasn't sure, I left their interlink in this item. If you believe some interlink was wrongly moved, please feel free to make corrections. Best regards. -- Ideophagous (talk) 13:09, 8 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
