Why is it only dubbing of film (Q26204053)? It is original language! --Infovarius (talk) 16:22, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No, the orginal language is English even though the movie was produced in France. --Pasleim (talk) 19:36, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Pasleim: how can you prove it? I see only French at official site. --Infovarius (talk) 22:56, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Pasleim: So? --Infovarius (talk) 23:01, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Le petit prince at paramountpictures.fr is the official site for the French distribution by Paramount Pictures France. As the French distribution is in French, it names the French voice cast. But I don't think that you can derive the original language from the informations presented there.
Uni France indicates that the production language ("langue de tournage") is English (under "mentions techniques").
The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2015. Here you find the voice cast that was heard then. It's the English language cast. The French version by Paramount Pictures France was released in July 2015 (see here).
So the production language is English and the language of the premiere is English. French seems to be the language of the first publicly distributed version. That English is indicated as the production language of The Little Prince (Q16386722) is for me reason enough to set this as its original language. - Valentina.Anitnelav (talk) 09:38, 3 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thanks for the information. --Infovarius (talk) 21:36, 3 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
