Label[edit]

Please stop changing the label, there are short name (P1813) and aliases, no consensus for label change.--Jklamo (talk) 00:06, 30 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The names should be the official ones, the ones said by the gouvenement of the state in question. Other opinions, including mine, are irrelevant so consensus it overruled by law here. Please stop restoring the old names, as they are not correct any more. They still are valid aliassed, obviously as most people will still know the county by its old name. - cycŋ - (talkcontribslogs) 09:54, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
As you see, no consensus for change. There no change in official name, attempt to introduce short version does not cause long version obsolete.--Jklamo (talk) 10:04, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Yes there is a change in the official name. The country actively changed its name in other languagues. And the sources for this change were provided and I provided some more sources as well. - cycŋ - (talkcontribslogs) 10:21, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
This site of the Chech ministry of foreign affaires specifically lists Czechia (english), Tchéquie (french), Chequia (spanish) and Чехия (russian), though other languages and dialects are implied so I assume those should be changed as well. - cycŋ - (talkcontribslogs) 10:33, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Once again, there is no consensus for change.--Jklamo (talk) 17:44, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
