Mark I (detector) aka the SLAC-LBL detector[edit]
This elementary particle detector was designed and constructed by a collaboration of physicists at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, where the detector was situated at one of two interaction points of the SPEAR electron positron collider. First collisions at SPEAR were in 1972. The Mark I first collected data in 1974. I made edits to this itemCarlFriedberg (talk) 01:53, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
