Way too many superclasses[edit]
This has far too many superclasses. Remember, subclass of (P279) should only be used if each and every instance of this item is also an instance of the superclass. I've removed venue (Q17350442) (since some gardens aren't particularly sites for specific activities), and land use (Q1165944) (since that item has a mixture of two different meanings applied to it and its superclasses, and only one (a human use of a piece of land) even applies), and green space (Q22652) (because some gardens aren't public or in urban areas, which is part of the definition of that item), and work (Q386724) (because that's just wildly overbroad, and only applies ambiguously -- as it kinda implies movable objects, which gardens aren't). That reduces it down to landscape (Q107425), exterior space (Q21950738), workplace (Q628858), & artificial geographic object (Q35145743), which isn't good enough, but is certainly better!
