- Hallo, natürlich ist eine Optionskommune eine Verwaltungseinheit. Aber sie stellt keine Untergruppe der Verwaltungseinheiten im Sinne des Verwaltungsaufbaus des Staates dar. In keiner Gemeindeordnung oder Kommunalverfassung kommt dieser Begriff vor. Jede deutsche Lehrerin ist Homo sapiens. Trotzdem würde man die Gruppe der deutschen Lehrerinnen nicht als Untergruppe von Homo sapiens auffassen.
- Optionskommune zu sein, ist ein Merkmal einer Kommune wie Küstenstadt oder HSK (Haushaltssicherungs-)Kommune, aber keine Untergruppe der Kommunen. - Gruß Hans G. Oberlack (talk) 22:16, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
