Copyright in a work created by the joint creative work of two or more persons (co-authorship) belongs to the co-authors jointly, regardless of whether such a work forms one inseparable whole or consists of parts, each of which has an independent meaning. (English)
Copyright to a work created in co-authorship shall be valid throughout life and 70 years after the death of the last author who survived other co-authors. (English)
