Include help pages
I just wanted to add a property constraints for the regular expression of allowed values for this property and did not know how to apply format constraint (Q21502404). This looked like a use case for P4570 (P4570) but the best page Help:Property constraints portal/Format is not in the Wikidata-Namespace. In my opinion Help-Namespace and Wikidata namespace should be merged anyway, so I broadened the regular expression. An alternative would be to tighten in to WikiProjects only (https://www\.wikidata\.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject[^#]+) but if any page in the Wikidata-namespace can be linked, the Help-namespace is equially suitable. -- JakobVoss (talk) 21:25, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
