Old viaf componant with vtls

Hi,

We have 320 items whose value starts with vtls and doesn't work: petscan:17800099&al_commands=-P1255

I think we should delete them, are you okay?

like all values that were added as IDs, these should be deprecated, rather than deleted.

this way, people who got that ID somewhere can find the info that it was once ok, but does not work anymore... Hsarrazin (talk) 09:19, 15 November 2020 (UTC)

It was only human (Q5), now the others : 1606575036027 & 1606575309358

Correct form of ID

I've been trying to add SZ ID to Jiří Stach (Q95103060). The VIAF entry number didn't work, neither worked the ID from here (662633). In both cases I got to the error page. How can I get the correct ID? — Draceane ^talk_contrib. 10:24, 17 December 2021 (UTC)

@Draceane: the property used for SZ ID is not P1255, but GND ID (P227), because SZ ID is in fact an external usage of GND. --Epìdosis 10:41, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
