Multi-valued cases[edit]

I wondered how come the prop is 105% populated. So I wrote a query https://w.wiki/6FE$ to check all cases where an item has multiple values, and these values differ by more than the number of parliament. Everything is ok, all cases are correct, and differ by variations of the coalition name, eg:
