I just realized due to a discussion within Open Food Facts that we didn't have a Project Wine to go along with Project Cheese :-D
Surely we can't let this go on ? ^^

Subclasses, not instances[edit]
I see that many people add "instance of" to items like Danish Blue (Q165855), and then we have to remove them, every few months the same thing happens. So let's be explicit:
- All types of cheese should be subclass of (P279) of cheese (Q10943) or one of its sub-classes.
- No cheese item should ever have a instance of (P31) field. An exception would be a particular piece of cheese that got famous for some reason, for example THE individual piece of cheese that a spy offered to an emperor, changing forever the course of history, the remains of that particular piece of cheese now being preserved in chloroform at the National History Museum.
