Participants or members? Team or cup?[edit]
On this page, I see that players should be added as participants participant (P710) / participant in (P1344) to the specific item for the 2018 team. But on items about players, for example Lionel Messi (Q615), participant in (P1344) links to the cup, not to the team. Before doing edits, I want to be sure about some questions :
- should I only add the team as participant in (P1344) or should I replace (remove) the cup?
or
- should we change this page, leave participant in (P1344) with the cup and only use member of sports team (P54) on players ? (wich seems a bit more logical to me)
For information, already 440 players have participant in (P1344) 2018 FIFA World Cup (Q170645), that can be easily replaced if needed but such a big change should be discuss first.

- @VIGNERON: I don't have an opinion on this. I think that the more is better, so players should have participant in (P1344) 2018 FIFA World Cup (Q170645) and then 2018 FIFA World Cup (Q170645) should have participating team (P1923). If we start adding teams as participant in (P1344) then information will be more difficult to extract. But I haven't thought on this too much. -Theklan (talk) 16:22, 17 June 2018 (UTC)
