Items to use

It's a bit tricky which items to use.

• Ideally I guess we would have specific items such as "Cape Verde Heroes' Day" (Q14757696.
• In the short term, we can also use more general ones, e.g.: national day (Q57598). If each use is followed by a qualifier when it is celebrated, this can work.
• There is an item for Easter Monday (Q209663) so this can be listed. For some holidays where the day afterwards is celebrated, specific items might still need creation.
• Sometimes different, but similar holidays are celebrate on one day. Articles about these might be inconsistent across Wikipedias. Thus it's probably preferable to create separate items.
