To add a request for the confirmed, property creator, or rollbacker rights, please use the following form. Add it to the bottom of the relevant section. Unlike permissions such as bureaucrat, these can be assigned by administrators.
Administrators already have the rights of these groups, and do not need to be assigned any of them.

I am an experienced editor and translator on the Tatar Wikipedia, where I have hundreds of edits and over 30 translated articles. However, when trying to link my new translations (such as linking tt:Узыш уены to the semi-protected item Q192931 for "Racing video game"), I am blocked by the automated semi-protection filters because my local Wikidata edit count is low. I would like the 'Confirmed' status so I can link my Tatar translations to English and other languages without getting permission errors. Thank you! Requests for the rollbacker right

If you are not nominating yourself, please secure the acceptance of the candidate. The rollbacker flag is usually only granted to users who have some experience in fighting vandalism on Wikidata. For more information, please see Wikidata:Rollbackers.

While not required, {{subst:Rollbacker}} can be used to notify a user that they have been granted rollback. Rollbackers may wish to add {{Rollbacker userbox}} and/or {{Rollbacker topicon}} to their user or talk pages.

Requests for the property creator right

Please see Wikidata:Property creators for details.

Users may self-nominate, or nominate one another; however, users should not be given this right if they do not want it, and non-self-nomination requests should be put on hold until the nominee comments accepting the nomination.

Administrators may add the property creator flag to the accounts of users who:

are generally trusted members of the community, preferably with at least some history in working with properties, and
have shown a satisfactory understanding of how Wikidata works, especially regarding the property namespace, datatypes, and related concepts.

Users should generally not be made property creators solely or primarily based on their work on other projects; property creator is currently the only right unique to Wikidata, and this should be taken into consideration when requesting or granting it.

Property creator right must be only granted following a request on this page which must remain open for at least 48 hours. An exception may be made for the case of regranting of the right to former property creators and administrators where the reason for removal was uncontroversial or due to inactivity.

Property creators may wish to add {{User property creator}} to their userpages.

REASON I am a legitimate Wikidata editor participating in the Coordinate Me 2026 competition (May 2026). My IP range (2401:4900:0:0:0:0:0:0/32) has been blocked due to abuse by other users on the same ISP network, but I have done nothing wrong. @Rs5149404: There are no active blocks for that range locally or globally. The last global one were 2024-02-28. None of the previous blocks affected logged in users, as is common. Since there is no way to verify which unregistered editor contributed what, a request from an editor with only one edit which was this request is likely to be rejected, both for this reason and because the request is technically invalid. Hopefully your registered account will allow you to edit normally. If you still claim not to be able to edit even when logged in, can you either post your IP or if you prefer not to, let us know and a Checkuser can handle the request. Wikidata Workshop 2026 Organizers

Wikidata Workshop 2026 is an event organized every year by the Wikimedia research community as a part of the International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC). I already set up the Page at Event:Wikidata Workshop 2026. I ask if you can grant the Event Organizer rights to User:Nicolasf95, User:Peter F. Patel-Schneider, and User:Markus Krötzsch so that I can remove myself and add them instead as organizers. The event isn't going to be using registration services here, so that part of even organizer rights isn't needed. But it would be useful to be able to set up a page for subsequent workshop, so maybe that's sufficient reason to get event organizer rights. Peter F. This user has a history of creating items with no indication of notability. They were warned about this a week ago but have not yet been able to address this issue by improving any of the items.
