Task/s: Repeatedly import data about Czech streets identified by the Czech street ID property to Wikidata from the Register of territorial identification, addresses and real estates
Code: The component developed (GitHub) uses Wikidata Toolkit. The component can be used in various pipelines for various tasks loading data into Wikidata.
Function details:
- The component itself can be used for generic editing of Wikidata through the Wikidata Toolkit. It is developed in scope of the Wikidata & ETL project grant and was demoed at a Wikimania 2019 workshop and poster.
- In the current task, it will update data about Czech streets identified by the Czech street ID property to Wikidata from the Register of territorial identification, addresses and real estates using the component.
- This means that missing streets will be added, information about existing streets will be updated, if updated in the source.
- The pipeline will be scheduled to run periodically (probably monthly).
- More tasks (data source) will be added as separate requests in future.

- I am ready to approve this request in a couple of days, provided that no objections will be raised. Lymantria (talk) 08:20, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
- @Jakub Klímek: How many streets are likely to be added? I don't think we have a consensus to add all named streets to Wikidata! However, there are a lot already added, so a few thousand more presumably isn't a problem. ArthurPSmith (talk) 18:22, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
- @ArthurPSmith: According to our pipeline, there are currently 287 Czech named streets missing in Wikidata. Jakub Klímek (talk) 06:32, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
- Ok, sounds great to me to add these! ArthurPSmith (talk) 14:42, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
