Task/s: Add lexemes for Sámi-language place names.

Code: Custom, Pywikibot-based code (with some borrowings from this bot's code). Not quite ready for publishing yet, but I can put it in a pastebin for now if needed.

Function details: The bot will add around 12,000 lexemes for Sámi- and Kven-language placenames in Norway (and later Finland), specifically in Northern Sami (Q33947), Lule Sami (Q56322), Southern Sami (Q13293) and Kven (Q165795). Sámi languages and Kven are relatively morphologically complex, with many grammatical cases, so having placenames as lexemes is useful for future use in Abstract Wikipedia. The forms are generated by Giellatekno (the research group for Sámi language technology) at the University of Tromsø. Jon Harald Søby (WMNO) (talk) 15:24, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
