Description	this lexeme forms in some uses a contraction with another lexeme. Use the word formed by the contraction as value.
Data type	Form
Domain	lexemes, not prefixes/suffixes in languages where this is thought to be useful. Initially: French (add if needed).
Example 1	"ledit" Lexeme:L19375-F1 → "dudit" Lexeme:L19364-F1
Example 2	de (L2379) → "du"
Example 3	lequel (L11158)-F1 → auquel (L19396)-F1
Example 4	"lesdits" Lexeme:L19375-F2 → "desdits" Lexeme:L19364-F2
Planned use	add to applicable fr items

- Comment I'm not opposed to the idea. However, one could already capture this information, by using combines lexemes (P5238) on the contracted lexeme, and qualifying it with mode of derivation (P5886): contraction (Q126473). Liamjamesperritt (talk) 05:47, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  - You're right. For dudit (L19364), you will have to repeat it for both "de" and "ledit". However, I don't think that's too much of a problem. But again, I'm not opposed to this proposed property. Liamjamesperritt (talk) 04:48, 24 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
