Motivation[edit]
SpringerNature SciGraph https://scigraph.springernature.com/explorer/datasets/data_at_a_glance/ is a relatively small science graph but well-organized and well-known by the semantic and science data community. It's currently being developed in collaboration with Dimensions.ai, so some of the IDs are reused. This holds about Persons and Grants, don't know about other entities. I just added third-party formatter URL "https://scigraph.springernature.com/person.$1" to Dimensions author ID (P6178).
Do we want to make props for the SciGraph entities, or just go with the existing dimensions.ai props? If people say Yes, I'll fill out the prop proposal templates.
The major benefit is that afaik Dimensions doesn't provide LOD, but SciGraph does, and in a great simple way (based on schema.org).
PS: I'll make a proposal for Dimensions.ai Grant ID, that's important. Vladimir Alexiev (talk) 09:58, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
