Motivation

This proprety request is part of the project of creating an infobox for materials. The moisture absorbtion is a property of some polymers like Nylon. Exemple of a PA6 datasheet. The relative humidity is a mandatory qualifier for a moisture absorption characteristic. Beside this motivation, relative humidity is a general property that can be used many way.
