Motivation

The encyclopedia of Transbaikalia has collected complete information about the Trans-Baikal Territory (until 2008 - the Chita Region and the Aginsky Buryat Autonomous Okrug). In it you can find complete encyclopedic data on the economy and history of one of the Far Eastern regions of Russia on the border with China, which you can hardly find anywhere. •  Oppose in current form as "person" and "concept" are not part of the IDs but rather are two separate namespaces for different identifier schemes--one for people, one for everything else (so it seems anyway as it includes cities, coat of arms, etc).
