This is the official identifier for schools and kindergartens in Bulgaria. There are already 648 such items on Wikidata (see https://w.wiki/roj). Adding this property will allow both completing the list and easily maintaining it in the future.

Besides keeping a complete and up to date inventory on Wikidata we plan on creating a data roundtripping set-up where using different statistical observations about the schools (such as student performance) which are already available as open data. These datasets use the proposed identifier and we plan on RDF-izing them into a common data model. This will allow powerful analytics to be performed using SPARQL federation.

There is currently no formatter URL, but we are communicating with the Bulgarian authorities to modify the existing official register, display the administrative ID and make it URI-resolvable.
