Motivation

Biblioteca Digital de Castilla y León (Q27383759) is a digital library managed by Biblioteca de Castilla y León (Q24237950), a Spanish library created by the Junta of Castile and León (Q3314606). It hosts 18.985 digitalised open access works (in 2017), most of them books (edition item), but including periodicals, articles or manuscripts too. This proposal is focused in an author identifier property, linking with it "Obras como autor" (works as author), "Obras sobre este tema" (work on this guy), "Obras en las que participa" (works he/she collaborated in), "Todas las obras relacionadas" (all related works). Some items include description, authority identifiers and more data and links too. It would be used immediately in es.wikipedia authority templates. Strakhov (talk) 20:17, 10 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sí, por supuesto. I mean, although I acknowledge how useful it can be, I'm a little unsure about the relevance of a digital library from one of the autonomous community in Spain if we compare it to, let's say, the National Library (Spain), the Library of Congress and the like. --Discasto (talk) 21:20, 2 May 2017 (UTC) PS: is this a multilingual project? Can we discuss in Spanish if we like?[reply]
