Motivation[edit]
State issued (by Register of Enterprises) number for all legal entities in Latvia. As can be seen in the examples, a variety of legal forms are supported. Outdated forms of legal entities are supported too. Perhaps "(Latvia)" should be appended to the en property label. silraks (talk) 13:11, 17 March 2020 (UTC)

- Turns out, there's a shortened version too (without the first and last digit), not widely used, but sometimes public facing (example: mass media (MIL)). Therefore, 9 or 11 digits. --silraks (talk) 08:04, 30 March 2020 (UTC)
