Motivación

Biblioteca Digital de Castilla La Mancha (Q61500710) is a digital library managed by Regional Government of Castile-La Mancha (Q3113875), a Spanish autonomous government body. It hosts many open access old books, engravings, photographs and so. This proposal is focused in their authority identifier, which links works related to an "author/topic" through the "Obras relacionadas" link. Editions of books (and periodicals) have a different identifier. This one would be used immediately in es.wikipedia authority templates.
