Indeed Q15618721 should be merged into Q918324. zh wiki used 塔台 for the thread introducing control tower rather than using 管制塔 (although I think the later word is better). The ja wiki 管制塔 is about the same topic, but it is linked to Q15618721 and cannot be seen in other language wikis as they used Q918324. --Fongyun (talk) 08:58, 19 August 2014 (UTC) Regarding jawiki article, it is about airport control towers while, for example, eswiki talks about control towers in general (both airport contro towers and maritime port control towers). Both can be merged, but I doubt if this would be right.
