Can you create « Kategori:Pemilihan presiden di Azerbaijan » just like id:Kategori:Pemilihan presiden di India which you uploaded? All the Azerbaijan elections articles in Indonesian Wikipedia are about presidential elections. id:Kategori:Pemilihan di Azerbaijan should stay as a general category.
