Babel[edit]

Babel lets you view and edit more than one language on Wikidata. Just add e.g. {{#babel:de-N|en-3|es-1|fr-2|nl-3|it-4|da-0}} to your user page. With the same language codes you can add links to your userpage on Wikipedia e.g. de:User:User123. --Tobias1984 (talk) 16:11, 24 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Likely incorrect statement added: place of birth (P19)Wikipedia (Q52)[edit]

I'm writing you to let you know that you have created an statement place of birth (P19)Wikipedia (Q52) in Avraham Yosef Shapira (Q2778243) (see revision here) that doesn't seem correct because Template:P19 is intended to be used for a defined set of classes (see constraint here) and Wikipedia (Q52) doesn't have such class. I guess this is a mistake, but I'm letting you know just in case you are creating statements programmatically and this is unexpected behavior. I hope this helps you.

If you think such statement is correct, please let me know your reasoning.

,   Hello I corrected the place of birth to Romania, as it is mentioned on the site of Knesset. The name of the locality is not clear, somthing like Ciuciova , I did not find it.,. Maybe is Suceava .There are sources which  mention Lemberg  . or Lvov as place of birth , as the book " Hagvir" about him , by Arie Avneri (Tamuz Publishing House, 1988) , It is known that he studied at the Yeshiva of Timisoara which is in Romania. For these reasons I took in consideration your observation and I corrected in Wikidata and in the articles in Hebrew,  and Romanian. I don t know why in the Czech Wikipedia is mentioned the Romanian אown of Hunedoara as his place of birth.,Ewan2 (talk) 01:50, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
