Wikimania presentation

[edit]

Hi! I saw the slides of this presentation about NLN SNAR at the last Wikimania where you were one of the speakers and it was very interesting. Could you upload the slides to Wikimedia Commons? It would be great to have the possibility to have a stable link for them in future presentations and articles. Thanks very much! --Epìdosis 11:13, 21 September 2025 (UTC) FYI @SBAbigstan: :) --Epìdosis 11:15, 21 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hi,
My sincere apologies for the delayed response! I have uploaded the slides on WikiCommons - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:How_to_Wikibase_The_case_of_the_NLN_SNAR.pptx.pdf We (AfLIA) are going on to do this for other national libraries in Africa. However, we have discovered that there are different scenarios pertaining to Authority files and National Bibliographies of these National libraries. Will keep you posted!
Thank you. AfricanLibrarian (talk) 15:25, 2 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
