Check Merge[edit]
Hi, I only want to suggest you, when merging items, to use the MediaWiki:Gadget-Merge.js. To enable it you have only to check it from the Accessories of your Preferences. It is very useful and automatically merges items and request their deletion. --Ermanon (talk) 15:52, 19 February 2014 (UTC)

- Without looking at the link you add, nor knowing anything about the case indeed, I was hoping you to ask me: "What is going on?" Then my answer would be "I have got no knowledge, but my life experience tells me this could be the vengeance of an ex hubby (the same person who uploaded her pic :)." You destroyed my chances to show you I am an intelligent person. :) Please take care to revert all their disruption in Commons, where I am not active; this is about "most known name", not civil status nor state registers. - It was not a vandal attack by the way. There are two women with the same name Elif Gökalp: one is the singer born in 1972 (Q5994183), another one is a presenter born in 1991 (Q106947501). It is more reasonable to keep the category for the latter as far as there are two pictures of her on Commons. Андрей Романенко (talk) 14:48, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
- Vandalism is not only what is defined by WMF; attacking classical music and an artist in favour of a face that reads a paper is a vandal attack. As regards how you see things, cats are not to be "robbed" by that kind of stripping off the data but by a "move" process and making a disam page. Never mind, I will not disturb you more. Be well. - Спасибо, что приняли моё приглашение. Если смотреть по статистике, то к примеру у России 168 свойств Викиданных, в то время как у США более пятисот, у Франции более пятисот, Италии и Германии - более двухсот. Между тем, за полгода моей активной работы в этом направлении администраторы и создатели свойств Викиданных одобрили 28 свойств из российских источников, что составляет примерно пятую часть всех свойств по состоянию на конец лета 2021 года. Однако в русском разделе полно ссылок на авторитетные источники, у которых нет свойств Викиданных. В Викиданных я сам в основном занимаюсь привязкой свойств и корректировкой данных.
