A few babel

Just a few babel to get multiple language options while editing. Note: If you see level-1 knowledge in any language that may mean I can read the script, but may not understand or speak. For example

• Assamese, it shares the same alphabet with Bengali (well almost, a few minor differences), so I can read the language, and when I read I understand 40% to 50%. But I can not speak in the language properly.
• Punjabi, I can understand 25%-30% of it when it is spoken, but it takes me time to read.
