How often does PLbot update Template:Property uses? Jura1 said me the revision was daily, but it seems that it is less frequent at the moment...

It seems to have recently slowed down :) no update for at least a week, right?

the script runs daily but because the SQL tables get larger and larger it is more likely that the query times out.

So, in a not-so-distant future we will lose the ability to get these results?

This would be a pity...

If you queries all properties as a whole, you may try to do the query one by one (per property).

I rewrote the script but still need to do optimization to get reliable updates.

Many other statistics (e.g. User:Pasleim/Language_statistics_for_items) are still broken. The queries used should be broken into smaller ones.
