Ehm, I'm actually not removing data but fixing some conflicting (otherwise unuseful) properties (e.g. P131 and P159). You are referfing to, exactly?
I think that's because https://tools.wmflabs.org/wikidata-game/distributed/#game=43&opt=%7B%22constraintType%22%3A%22Q19474404%22%7D is actually suggesting to remove P18 when item is istance of Q14204246.
On this point, please remove P159 instead of P131 if you come across a district of an Indian state or union territory (I have rolled back five of your edits on this point as it was making this list incomplete).
