How do I tell questions from topics? Do all questions have a "?"?

Is that actually a problem, since you can exclude catalogs from search?

It seems like we can't avoid this. The questions are being wrongly created as a topic. I think we can at least exclude or mark the deleted ones. Or only include topics with at least one question?

Maybe we could delete all remaining unmatched items with more than three '-' from the list for Quora?

What problem are we trying to resolve here? In the first search given by the OP, just five of 100 results are from Quora.

The first 5 are Quora junk. To me that's a problem

If the problem is that it's the first 5, maybe we can generally move the Quora mix-and-match results to the end of the list?
