Should we add suggestions for the use of this item?[edit]

Quoting User:Jaredzimmerman_(WMF), from the discussion at Property_talk:P21#Transgender_.2F_Cisgender_changes: "we should suggest it not be used for humans in its description (animals/mythology/fiction only when self described or 'historians agreement')".
