Jklamo, this is a sort of special legal form, but apparently distinction is still made between SEs depending on in which country a SE is registered and different ELF codes are used accordingly. So I think it'd be reasonable not to treat this differently from other legal forms that GLEIF lists, and we should create separate SE items for each country jurisdiction. - For me, it's a borderline case. The main regulatory text for SE is European Company Regulation which is a regulation, thus immediately enforceable in all EU MS without need to be transposed into national law. The legal regulation is therefore the same in all EU countries. National identifiers are, in my opinion, solvable by applies to jurisdiction (P1001) qualifier. - Yes, it is a borderline case and it probably wasn't wrong to use P1001 qualifiers. However qualifiers make the data structure quite complicated, e.g. see also the item for French legal form where there is even more jurisdiction specific information. On the other hand different juristictions allow clear distinction and so it's relatively easy to split the data between items. I'm also worried that if a few special legal forms use qualifiers like this then this example would lead to the same solution being used in a messy way for other legal forms that are only similar or may only have the same English translation. 2001:7D0:81FD:BC80:D8F:3E82:D2F5:37A1 14:40, 7 October 2022 (UTC)
