The SI Brochure (9th edition): Concise summary (Q68977959) mentions hertz (Q39369) in table 2 as unit of frequency (Q11652), equal to a reciprocal second (Q6137407). The reason why hertz can be used for rotational frequency (Q30338278), too, is that "rotation" is a counting unit, which simply disappears in the SI. Toni 001 (talk) 04:42, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
