Purpose[edit]

This item is used in template documentation, such as that for en:Template:RedQ, which makes links on Wikipedia, to Wikidata items which do not yet have an article equivalent on any Wikipedia. The corresponding Wikipedia article is en:Red link example, which is protected by admins from being created. Thus, Q18574815 should never have sitelinks. Nonethless, it should not be deleted. Q6453957[edit]

I've restored instance of (P31)=Q6453957, since no reason was either given, or apparent, for its removal, nor for leaving this item with no instance of (P31). Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 23:20, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And again, since it was removed with the edit summary "false claim", which itself is patently untrue. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 23:39, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
This is incorrect. For english it should be maybe Example, but for de: should be Beispiel, for cs: Příklad etc.. Q6453957 should be splitted to WP part (disambiguation) and to WQ part (article), which should be linked from this item. But without Move gadget, it is too much work for me now. I don't think a claim pointing to a disambiguation page is a valid claim. Andy, can you say why "false claim" is "patently untrue"? Sjoerd de Bruin (talk) 11:59, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Q6453957 is labelled "example". Q18574815 is an instance of an example. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 12:13, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Pigsonthewing:  Oppose Q6453957 is a disambiguation page item. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 13:14, 16 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
