Color[edit]
Wrong color... cheese is white normally, not yellow. White should come first. Yellow-first is possibly a cultural bias of the United States of American ethnic group, who often color their cheeses with artificial coloring. Yet this is not the norm. Yes there are naturally yellowish cheeses, but by far most cheese is white or off white without any yellow tint.
