Removal of constraint[edit]

I have removed the constraint that the item containing this property should have a nomination for a Nobel Prize. Reason is that the database contains the nominators as well as the nominees, so exceptions are not rare at all. - Andre Engels (talk) 09:09, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
