MalaCard ID vs MCID[edit]

MalaCards have identifiers of the form PRM020 which it labels MCID, they can be resolved as https://www.malacards.org/card/PRM020 - should these be separate Identifiers? from this ? It seems this is a bit wrong, because it uses URL path segment which is not quite acknowledged by MalaCards itself, presumably the MCID is stable but the URL path segment may or may not be.
