Nederlands: Gedachtenistafel van Jacob Jan van Assendelft (1396-1478) en zijn echtgenote Haesgen van Outshoorn (overl. 1471). In het midden tronende Maria met kind. Links de knielende stichter met zeven zoon en de heiligen Barbara en Damianus. Rechts de knielende stichtster met drie dochters en de heiligen Cosmas en Catharina. Link- en rechtsonder de familiewapen.
