For a list of infobox parameters, you might want to use table format:

{{List of properties/Header}}

{{List of properties/Row|id=
|title          = audio
|type           = media
|qualifier      =
|description    = Commons sound file
|example-subject= Q187 <!-- Il Canto degli Italiani -->
|example-object = Inno di Mameli instrumental.ogg

It would be good if we could link to pictures and picture sequences which are available at Sometimes as proof/source/reference. Often times for illustration purposes. Even though the link points to 1 image, the user can then browse forward and backward to get an idea of what surrounds the object. Polyglot (talk) 10:05, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

I suggest to treat that as an external (authority) ID and change the type to "string". The AuthorityControl gadget can take care of the linking. Eventually, Wikibase will be able to do that natively, I hope. -- Daniel Kinzler (WMDE) (talk) 13:06, 2 March 2015 (UTC)
@Polyglot: Please provide an example which maps a Mapillary ID to a specified item in Wikidata. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 13:31, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

Hall of Valor[edit]

I see that there is a property for Find a Grave IMDb and a bunch of others but would it be possible to create one for the Hall of Valor sire as well? The format is similar to Find a Grave, with the URL=Number schema. This site has a lot of Military awards for US troops and is a very useful source for the medal citations. A URL example is Please let me know if you have any questions. Reguyla (talk) 03:27, 9 March 2015 (UTC)

Proposed by Sergey kudryavtsev (talk)

Commons stores many scanned books from Russian State Library (RSL, Russian State Library (Q1048694)). Russian Wikisource should have way to describe such books on Wikidata. Wikidata already have Google Books identifier (P675) for Google Books. -- Sergey kudryavtsev (talk) 09:25, 18 March 2015 (UTC)

Symbol support vote.svg Support I support this proposal. The Russian State Library is the biggest library in Russia. It has a lot of scanned books. --Averaver (talk) 19:45, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
