Autopatrollers are users who are trusted to make edits on Wikidata without being checked by their peers. This permission automatically marks all of their edits as "patrolled". This flag is assigned by administrators to those who have proven, through contributions to Wikidata, that their edits do not need patrolling.

Autopatrollers also have the ability to mark edits of other users (who are not either administrators or autopatrollers themselves) as "patrolled".

A list of users with the autopatrolled flag can be found at Special:ListUsers/autopatrolled.
