Claims[edit]
He was not "archbishop of york" - he was bishop of York. I tried adding it but it wouldn't take. Nor did he have citizenship in the United Kingdom - he is about a 1000 years before there was such a thing as the United Kingdom. And he didn't die IN 709, he died AROUND 709. The fact that it's in one language Wikipedia does not make it correct. For all this information ... see the Featured article on the English Wikipedia - where all of this information is sourced to secondary sources. But ... if it's more important that I not actually correct things here... I guess it's more important to be verifiable to a wiki than to actually have someone who knows the information (and can point to where it's sourced i.e. English Wikipedia) ...
