Usage on lean-tos[edit]

Hi, I just started adding all lean-tos in Sweden. This property seems very useful so I wonder if we could add lean-tos or a broader category to the constraints? See e.g. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q96278337 Cheers--So9q (talk) 14:15, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Possible adaption to a broader use[edit]

Hi, as stated here, one volunteer is struggling to find the right property to describe in items such as war memorial in Camaiore (Q111039624) or Monument to two partisans shot in Capolona (Q110939524) or Memorial stone to the fallen of the Resistance in Castelluccio di Capolona (Q110901133) the architectural elements that exist in their structure. Please join us here for a preliminary chat. Enlarging the application of this property could be a possible pathway--Alexmar983 (talk) 20:41, 23 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Alexmar983: Current guidance is that has part(s) of the class (P2670) should be used for this. Current discussion at Property talk:P527 is probably the best place for follow-up, with any thoughts as to whether that is right or wrong. I would  Oppose any broadening of has facility (P912) -- this property serves a distinct different meaning. Jheald (talk) 16:57, 24 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Event as Object[edit]

I removed the option for the object of this property to be of class event (Q1656682). See this query for relevant items. Daask (talk) 14:26, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
