Archive of cultural heritage

This site contains materials of the now closed portal kulturnoe-nasledie.ru (a saved copy of the main page in the Internet Archive) created by the FGUP GIVTS of the Ministry of Culture of Russia in 2008 and finally closed in March 2017.

He was replaced by a new site http://mkrf.ru/ais- egrkn - Unified State Register of Objects of Cultural Heritage (Monuments of History and Culture) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation, but:

Ему на смену пришёл новый сайт http://mkrf.ru/ais-egrkn — Единый государственный реестр объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов Российской Федерации, но:

новый портал содержит меньшее количество объектов, и вряд ли мы когда-либо увидим там уничтоженные и снятые с охраны старые памятники, которые были на портале kulturnoe-nasledie.ru; он содержит новую нумерацию объектов, а в проектах Викимедии сохранились ссылки под старыми номерами; и, наконец, старый портал содержал замечательные сканы паспортов объектов с историческими фото; Исследуйте архивы и подключайтесь к упорядочеванию списков памятников культурного наследия в Викигиде! 50.254.21.213 03:13, 28 February 2018 (UTC)

Weird label change

@Svetlov Artem: this property is for cultural heritage monuments, why did you change it to Wikivoyage? That seems to be a weird change of scope. Multichill (talk) 21:26, 18 March 2023 (UTC)

Russian wikivoyage users told me that they has concensus to use P1483 as Wikivoyage list identifiers. They add new numbers for new added historical objects, despite of closing website kulturnoe-nasledie.ru, and require to add this property in Wikidata for all historical objects.

 Comment I think this needs more context. Website kulturnoe-nasledie.ru was closed years ago, and replaced with EGROKN (P5381) that has completely different IDs. Old database was partially saved and became a foundation for a cultural heritage project in Russian Wikivoyage. In that project they started to create new IDs, using check numbers 3 (for new officially recognized heritage) and 4 (for not recognized heritage). Old IDs have check numbers 0, 1 and 2 located at the 3rd place after the region code. Now big number of these IDs has no any connection with kulturnoe-nasledie.ru, so this rename seems legit. In cultural heritage template in Russian Wikipedia, the value of this property is referred to as "Russian Wikivoyage database identifier" (Код-памятника). Volunteers of the Russian Wikivoyage organize Wiki Loves Monuments XXXX (since 2014) in Russia and maintain cultural heritage lists. Avsolov (talk) 09:00, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
