Summary

Description
English: The first Nizari Ismaili Jamatkhana in Zanzibar established in the 1830s, with the appointments of mukhis and kamadias, during the time of Imam Hasan Ali Shah. Is the earliest Shi'a mosque in the Island. It was substantially rebuilt and expanded in 1905. The mosque has carved wooden Gujarati-style entrance doors with coffered panels.
